Send a demo, a voice memo or just an idea and lets start talking.

Pre-production

We shape the songs and the sound together – in your rehearsal room, in the studio, on workation close to the beach or online.

Production

Recording and production at may place at Boogie Park Studio in Hamburg or at a studio of your choice. We can work anywhere you feel the most comfortable.

Mix and Master

You get release-ready files. If requested, I can master myself but to be honest, I'd rather hand it over to mastering engineers I trust. Two ears more won't hurt, right?

What I can do for you

No price list here – and that’s on purpose. A singer with a finished demo needs something different than a five-piece band recording live. So we talk first, and you get a price that fits your music.

Usually with a mastering engineer I trust – or by me, if you prefer. Two more ears never hurt.

Your song needs a guitar or bass part? I record it and send you clean tracks.

A free first call

Send me your demo. We talk about your songs, your plans and your budget – no strings attached.

A price that fits

It depends on what your music needs: how many people, how much is already there, how many days in the studio. You get a fixed price per song or for the whole record before we start.

Pay in two steps

50 % when we book, 50 % when you get your files. Plus VAT.

The master is yours

Once the fee is paid, you own the recording. I keep a small royalty share – producer points.

Writing is shared fairly

Everyone who writes in the room gets an equal split. Being in the room isn’t writing.

Create by the sea

A week on the Portuguese coast. Mornings by the sea, afternoons in the studio, dinner together and a listening session at night. You go home with new songs – and a week you won’t forget.

The first weeks are in the making – in studios near Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve. Want to hear first when they are ready?

ARTISTS FIRST

I’m Denny Meissner, a producer, songwriter, composer and engineer from Hamburg. From 2017 to 2020 I worked at Chameleon Studios Hamburg with Eike Freese. Since 2021 I’ve had my own room at Boogie Park Studio Hamburg.

I play guitar and bass and ocasionally I deliver some vocals if needed. I hear what a song can be and love working with artists who have something to say. I love capturing a band live in the room as much as I love working with solo artists – and helping a song find the one thing it’s missing.
